Better Transport for Rhodes
Rhodes has done its fair share when it comes to delivering housing, but this Minns Labor Government has made no commitment to the roads, ferry wharf, light rail and train station upgrades that our growing community needs.
The new Rhodes Ferry Wharf remains unbuilt. These projects are essential for a growing population and must not fall behind. I’m committed to ensuring this vital infrastructure remains a priority and am holding the Minns LaborGovernment to account so our community gets the facilities it needs.
There is not a single dollar allocated for upgrades to Concord Hospital and Labor want to close Concord Fire Station and merge it with Rhodes Fire Station. This will mean less services to cover a bigger area.
