Closure of Concord Fire Station
Our community is set to almost double in size. At a time of unprecedented growth, the Minns Labor Government is proposing to close Concord Fire Station. This decision is absurd. It would reduce local emergency service capacity, place greater pressure on neighbouring stations, and risk longer response times when every second counts in an emergency. With more than 60,000 new homes planned, we need more investment in essential infrastructure and emergency services, not less.
